Overview

The team at Noble Five agency (Sydney based) engaged myself and stakeholders at Marshall White (premium company to manage Buyer and Vendor properties in Victoria) to map the insights to create Journey Map and Service Blueprint.

Scope of Work

• Design the workshop for Project Manager to facilitate discussion between internal team

• Design the structure of the Service Map and Journey Map by understanding the previous research

• Data visualization and visual design of the all the Map

Next Steps

• Buy-in from all stakeholders such as technical, marketing teams, etc.

• Mapping insights for the Buyers and Vendors in MosCoW method to facilitate futuristic thinking

• Building stages into sub-stages to evolve clarity of steps
